Welcome to Yoga by Shen

Thank you for being here. Yoga helps to calm your mind and body through regular practice.
A wider benefit is reduced stress, improved health, vitality, and mobility. Combined with breathwork, you have a gentle physical practice using disciplines taken from Yoga but brought into the 21st century using sound physiotherapy principles.

The medical community now recognises yoga as a major tool in rehabilitation; alleviating lower back pain, helping to lower stress. Yoga practice amongst men is on the rise. Anyone can do yoga as alternatives are given and you are encouraged to go at your own pace which makes it stress free. Why not combine your Yoga with my Pilates class? I believe Yoga and Pilates should be fun and enjoyable but most importantly safe. Yoga is social and the venue is local. A period of meditation is part of yoga.

All you need is a yoga mat and some water…
